Shipping

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please note that during busy times, processing may take a little longer. Shipping time frames don’t include the processing period. If you need your items sooner, we offer expedited shipping options!

Once your order is placed, changes to the shipping method or address are usually not possible. However, if you need to make adjustments, email us at info@lehabibti.com, and we’ll do our best to help!

Taxes & Duties

We love our international customers! Please note that international orders may incur taxes and duties, which are not included in our prices.

 

Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes. If these fees aren’t paid, the package will be returned to us, and we’ll issue a refund minus shipping costs.






Returns
Return Processing: Once your item arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your return in 5-10 business days.

Damaged Items: Contact us within 5 days of receiving a damaged item. Email your order number and photos to info@lehabibti.com and we’d be happy to assist you!

Return Fee: A $3 return fee will be deducted from your refund, along with the cost of the return label.

Refunds


Once your return is approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

For a faster exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. If you're not in a hurry, you can request an exchange, and we’ll send the new item once your return is processed.
